The MBBC Sanctuary Choir
... is comprised of Youth through Senior Adults. Rehearsal is held on Sunday afternoons from 4:45 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Choir Suite. Childcare is provided. This choir is the primary Sunday morning Worship Choir. Traditional church music is presented weekly during the 8:00 a.m. and the 10:30 a.m. Worship Services. ________________is the Director.
Praise Him Ensemble
... is a select group of adults who enjoy singing music in a smaller group. Rehearsal is held on Sunday evenings from 6:10 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. "Praise Him" presents contemporary Christian music, traditional anthems, spirituals, and chamber music during at least one worship service per month. ____________is the Director.
His Word
... is the name of our Youth Choir. We meet every Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. in the Youth Fusion Room. Contemporary Christian music as well as traditional Youth Choir anthems are rehearsed and presented in Sunday Worship. The students are in 7th through 12th grades. ______________ is the Director.
The O.A.T.S. Band ("Only About The Savior")
... is the name of our Youth Praise Band. The group includes vocalists and instruments. The students are in 7th through 12th grades.
The MBBC Orchestra
... is made up of Youth through Senior Adults. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary. The Orchestra supplements all congregational hymn singing, provides special music during worship services, and accompanies the Sanctuary Choir on anthems and cantatas.
The Adult Handbell Ensemble
... is made up of Young Adults through Senior Adults. We have three octaves of handbells. The handbell ensemble meets on Wednesday evening from 6:30pm until 7:30pm in the Sanctuary.
The Young Handbells
... this hand bells group meets on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. in the sanctuary. This group is for kids Grade 6 - Youth and is led by Ann Garner.
The SonShine Singers
... is our seasoned adult choir. This group rehearses on Thursday mornings from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the Choir Suite. The SonShine Singers enjoy visiting and singing for nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the area. They are also featured in our Worship Services. Clyde Dutton is the Director.
Graded Children's Choir Program
On Wednesday evenings, MBBC offers a fully staffed Graded Children's Choir Program. Rehearsals begin at different times depending on the age of the child. The children sing on seasonal occasions such as Thanksgiving, Advent, Palm Sunday, Mother's Day as well as for other regular Worship Services.
