         led by the sanctuary choir.

Q:    When was the church started?

A:

   The church began as a mission to the U.S. 280 area in 1981.
         It was constituted as Meadow Brook Baptist in 1985 and
         began meeting in the Woman's Missionary Union
         building.  A church building was completed two years
         later, with the first service held Nov. 15, 1987. The
         present sanctuary and additional classrooms were
         built in 2002.
